- The basic design of this dementia clock assists people with dementia, providing them with a simple way of telling the time.
- For some it is difficult to work out whether it is 10 o'clock in the morning, or the evening, but this day-night Analogue Dementia Clock does that for them thanks to its graphics disc which rotates with the hour hand. A blue sky with the sun appears during daytime, while a dark blue sky with stars and the moon show at night.
- The minute and hour hand are easily distinguishable to avoid misinterpreting times, such as 12.20 for 4 o'clock, or 2.15 for 3 o'clock.
- The dementia clock is 310 mm (12") in diameter, with its large face ensuring high visibility.
