Are you a genuine UK business?
Yes, UKS Mobility is a genuine UK family business with over 25 years of experience. We have showrooms in Manchester and Bolton where you can visit us in person, try our products and speak to our expert team. We are also a Motability Accredited Dealer.
Do you offer advice or recommendations on what product is suitable for me?
With over 500 products to choose from, our experts can advise on the right product that suits your requirements. We can also offer full demonstrations and advise on setup at our Manchester and Bolton showrooms.
How long will deliver take?
We aim to deliver the majority of our orders in 3-5 working days, however please allow up to 7 working days for your order. If you require a next working day delivery, contact our sales team.
Do I qualify for VAT Exception?
VAT exemption applies if someone suffering with a long term illness or condition, such as Arthritis, Dementia or Stroke. If you think you qualify, contact our sales team for further advice.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Each of our products come with a full 12 month warranty. Some products do come with an extended warranty, this will be stated in the back of your user manual. Please note: batteries are considered a consumable item, these include a 6-month manufacturer's warranty.
Do you offer an after care service?
Yes, our expert technicians are fully trained and can offer a full after care service. We also sell spare parts for most of our products, although we do not hold them in stock. Please contact our sales team for further advice.
