The majority of UKSmobility.com prices include delivery charges and do not include VAT (unless otherwise clearly stated). The majority of our products are guaranteed for 12-months by the manufacturer. However, some products are guaranteed for longer e.g. Rise and Recline Chairs, Bath Lifts etc. Our warranty does not cover items used outside of Mainland UK, and does not include the reimbursement for the hire of a replacement product.

Items purchased outside of the mainland UK will be subject to a return to base warranty at the customers cost. If any problems are experienced with the products overseas, please contact our Customer Service Agents on 0161 969 4011 or alternatively you can always email us at info@uksmobility.co.uk

The Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations

Under the Waste Battery Regulations, UKSmobility.com is now offering a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries. You can return your waste batteries to our business premises in person; however, unfortunately we cannot accept batteries by post. Alternatively, you can find your local waste portable battery recycling facility at www.recyclenow.com. Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection bins for used batteries, and some town halls, libraries or schools may also set up collection points. End-users may find stores in their local area more accessible.
